Email is the primary support channel for SSCard. Please use it for:
- questions about an existing order;
- shipping, delivery, and tracking issues;
- refund and cancellation requests;
- problems accessing or editing a digital profile;
- lost owner code or edit code;
- reports of abuse, impersonation, or infringing content;
- privacy and data requests.
To help us respond faster, please include your card ID and the email address used when the order was placed.
Please do not send passwords, owner codes, edit codes, or full payment card numbers by email. SSCard will never ask you for them.
