Refund Policy

1. Digital products and services

Digital SSCard profiles, activation services, secure access tools, downloadable contact features, and related digital functionality are generally non-refundable after activation, delivery, or meaningful use.

2. Personalized NFC products

Personalized NFC-enabled products are generally non-refundable once production, printing, encoding, configuration, or customization begins, because the products are prepared for a specific customer or profile.

3. Order cancellations

If production has not started yet, SSCard may allow cancellation or order adjustment when reasonably possible.

4. Damaged or incorrect products

If a product arrives damaged or materially incorrect, contact SSCard with supporting information and photos. SSCard may review the issue and offer an appropriate resolution, such as replacement or correction.

5. Shipping-related issues

Delivery delays, carrier exceptions, returned shipments, address problems, and tracking interruptions may require separate review under the Shipping Policy.

6. Payment disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact SSCard before opening a payment dispute so order status, production progress, shipment tracking, and available resolution options can be reviewed first.
