Shipping Policy

1. Shipping overview

SSCard may ship personalized NFC-enabled products using USPS or other supported carriers. Shipping methods, rates, timelines, tracking behavior, and carrier availability may vary by destination and service conditions.

2. Customer shipping responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information, recipient details, ZIP/postal codes, and delivery addresses before production or shipment.

3. Production and processing time

Shipping time is separate from production time. Personalized products may require printing, NFC configuration, quality review, packaging, and order verification before shipment.

4. Tracking and carrier scans

Tracking information may appear after label creation or after the carrier performs the first package scan. Carrier delays, routing issues, missed scans, weather conditions, or operational interruptions are outside the direct control of SSCard.

5. Returned, delayed, or lost shipments

If a shipment is returned, delayed, or appears lost, SSCard may review tracking information, shipment history, address data, and carrier records before determining the next step.

6. Damaged deliveries

If a shipment arrives damaged, contact SSCard with supporting photos and order details so the issue can be reviewed.
