SSCard respects intellectual property rights and expects users of the platform to do the same.

SSCard profiles, avatars, uploaded images, QR destinations, NFC-linked content, business information, and public profile pages may contain user-generated content provided by customers or profile owners.

If you believe content hosted through SSCard infringes your copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights, please provide a notice containing sufficient information to identify:

• the allegedly infringing material;
• the affected intellectual property;
• the location or URL of the content;
• your ownership claim or authorization;
• your contact information;
• the requested action or removal request.

SSCard may remove, restrict, disable, de-index, or investigate reported content while claims are reviewed.

Repeated infringement, impersonation, fraudulent QR/NFC behavior, phishing-related activity, or abusive public-profile usage may result in suspension of associated profiles, access links, orders, or platform access.

SSCard reserves the right to preserve logs, technical records, access history, session data, upload metadata, and related information reasonably necessary for security investigations, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.
