Terms of Use

Last updated: May 10, 2026

1. Overview

SSCard provides digital profile services, QR/NFC sharing tools, secure access links, public profile pages, downloadable contact files, and personalized NFC-enabled products including business cards and related accessories.

2. Digital profiles and public sharing

SSCard profiles may be accessible through public URLs, QR codes, NFC taps, shared links, downloaded contact files, search-engine results, previews, browser history, screenshots, third-party messaging apps, or other supported sharing methods.

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, permissions, privacy rights, intellectual property rights, and authorization for all information, images, logos, links, business claims, contact details, and content you provide.

3. Public indexing and visibility

Public SSCard profile pages may be indexed, cached, previewed, archived, or displayed by search engines, browsers, social networks, messaging apps, QR scanners, NFC-enabled devices, and other third-party services. SSCard cannot guarantee immediate removal from third-party indexes, caches, previews, or archives after a profile is changed, hidden, deleted, or restricted.

4. Uploaded content and permissions

By submitting profile information, avatars, logos, uploaded images, links, and other content, you confirm that you have the right to use and share that content for your SSCard profile, order, QR/NFC destination, and related platform functionality.

SSCard may host, display, process, resize, optimize, store, transmit, or use submitted content as reasonably necessary to provide profile pages, contact files, QR/NFC functionality, checkout, shipping, support, security, and platform operations.

5. Personalized NFC products

Physical NFC-enabled products may be customized or configured for a specific customer, profile, design, order, or destination. Once production begins, changes, cancellations, or refunds may be limited as described in the Refund Policy.

6. Payments, pricing, and checkout

Payments may be processed through Stripe or another supported payment provider. Prices, shipping charges, discounts, product availability, and checkout options may change over time. A successful payment does not remove the customer responsibility to provide accurate profile, production, and shipping information.

7. NFC, QR, and device behavior

NFC and QR behavior may vary by device, operating system, browser, settings, network conditions, NFC hardware, camera permissions, mobile wallet behavior, security software, corporate device policies, and third-party apps. SSCard does not guarantee identical behavior on every device.

8. Security and access

SSCard may use secure email links, access codes, sessions, expiration times, browser storage, and other protection mechanisms to help protect profile editing, physical-card ordering, checkout, shipping, and order-related actions.

You are responsible for keeping access links, access codes, account credentials, email accounts, devices, and browser sessions private and secure. Expired, shared, forwarded, compromised, or unauthorized access links may be rejected, restricted, rotated, disabled, or investigated.

9. Third-party services and external links

SSCard profiles may contain external websites, social links, booking links, map links, payment-related redirects, messaging links, email links, phone links, and other third-party destinations. SSCard is not responsible for third-party content, availability, privacy practices, security behavior, or changes made by external services.

10. Moderation and enforcement

SSCard may investigate, remove, restrict, suspend, de-index, disable links, block access, cancel platform access, or take other reasonable action when content, profiles, uploads, QR/NFC destinations, or activity appear unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, misleading, infringing, unsafe, or inconsistent with platform policies.

11. Platform changes

SSCard may add, remove, suspend, or update features, supported products, profile tools, pricing, shipping workflows, policies, checkout behavior, security requirements, and service availability as the platform develops.

12. Contact
