What is SSCard?
SSCard is a smart digital business card platform. Your profile opens instantly by NFC tap or QR scan and can include contact info, social links, company information, booking links, portfolio, payment links, maps and more.
Do people need an app?
No. Your SSCard opens directly in the browser. Most modern smartphones support NFC and QR scanning without installing anything.
Can I update my information later?
Yes. Your card stays dynamic. Update your profile, phone number, links, avatar or company details anytime without replacing your NFC card.
What happens if I lose my NFC card?
Your digital profile remains active. You can order another physical card and continue using the same SSCard profile and link.
Using Your SSCard
How do I share my card?
You can share your SSCard in several ways:
- Tap your NFC card on a phone
- Show your QR code
- Send your direct card link
- Add the link to social media or email signature
How do contacts save my information?
Your card page includes a Save Contact button that downloads a VCF contact file. On most phones this opens directly in the contacts app.
Can I add social media links?
Yes. SSCard supports popular platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Telegram, WhatsApp, YouTube, Calendly, Google Maps, payment links and many others.
Can I use SSCard for a business team?
Yes. SSCard works for individuals, small businesses, sales teams, restaurants, agencies, events, real estate, creators and many other industries.
Physical NFC Cards
What is the physical NFC card?
It is a premium NFC business card connected to your digital SSCard profile. When someone taps the card, your profile opens instantly on their phone.
Can I order multiple cards?
Yes. SSCard supports ordering multiple physical cards for personal use, employees, events or business teams.
Can I reorder a card later?
Yes. You can reorder a physical NFC card for your existing SSCard profile using your secure access link and SSCard Access Code.
Does the NFC card work on iPhone and Android?
Yes. Most modern iPhone and Android devices support NFC reading and QR scanning.
Security & Access
How do I edit my card securely?
SSCard uses a secure access system. You receive a private email link together with your SSCard Access Code. Both are used to protect editing access.
What if I cannot find my access email?
Contact support or request your access email again. For security reasons, editing access is not public.
Can search engines index my card?
Public cards can potentially appear in search engines if shared publicly. Avoid placing sensitive personal information on public profiles.
Orders & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time depends on your location and selected USPS shipping method. Estimated delivery information is shown during checkout.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes. Once your NFC card ships, you receive a tracking email with USPS tracking information.
Can I use SSCard before the physical card arrives?
Absolutely. Your digital SSCard works immediately after setup — even before the physical NFC card is delivered.
